Individual results are always different. Each person is an individual, and dietary and nutritional support will affect each person differently. There is no way that we can guarantee any results, becasue there is no way to predict results. This is not a weight loss program, but is focused on supporting foundational, systemic health, and it is not intended to be used as a method to achieve weight loss. Some people will lose weight, and if your weight loss exceeds 1 pound per week it could be unhealthy. I have had patients lose over 2 pounds per week, but this weight loss was not flesh, but rather significant water loss. You should not expect to lose more that .5 to 1 pound per week on this program, if at all, and we do not guarantee weight loss, or any results as that is impossible because everyone is different. We want to be very clear on setting your expectations. We are trying to help people, and want you to know that we will support you in any way possible, but nothing related health interventions can be guaranteed, because everyone is different. I wanted to share this information with you upfront so that you have reasonable expectations. I have had clients do very well on similar programs, and I have also had clients not change at all, and I have also had people feel worse, as these are all possible outcomes. If the expectations and results you expect are not consistent with what I have shared with you here, then this, and all programs, including working with me one-on-one is not a good fit for you, or me.
